We offer practical, experience-based consultation for artists who want clarity, structure and realistic guidance when planning an exhibition.
During our sessions, we look at your ideas, goals and practical circumstances. Together we clarify your concept, timeline, budget, pricing, venue strategy and communication approach. You leave with a clearer direction and concrete next steps.
This is consulting — not production work.
We guide you, challenge you when necessary, and help you make informed decisions. We do not automatically take over design, communication or administrative tasks. If you need hands-on production support, this can be discussed separately and priced individually.
Consulting for Independent Creative Professionals
In addition to exhibition planning, we also work with independent creative professionals, such as fashion designers, makers and concept-driven entrepreneurs, who are preparing to launch a collection, brand or physical space.
These sessions focus on clarifying your concept, positioning, pricing structure, production planning and sustainable next steps.
Our work is primarily aimed at independent creatives and small-scale initiatives, not corporate or mainstream brand development.

Consultation sessions can be booked directly through the calendar below. We begin with a 2-hour initial session to gain a clear overview of your project and define practical next steps. Follow-up sessions may be booked afterwards if and when you feel they are useful. For alternative time zones or specific scheduling requests, please contact us directly.
Sessions take place via Google Meet.
In-person consultations, location and atelier visits are available in selected regions (see below).
Belgium: Province of Antwerp, Brussels region, Ghent region
The Netherlands: North Brabant, Zeeland, Rotterdam region
For locations outside these regions, services may be available upon request, subject to scheduling and travel arrangements.
